Abstract

The studies on the impact ol global warming in Particularly food production could provide more accurate analysis to support a policy of food security. This research was conducted to find out the trends and the impact of the increase in the air temperature toward the production of paddy field in the province of Cost Kalimanton. The result of the research done to some of t/je traditional paddy fields indicates it has technology barely changes prominently, and fe ed-based organic cultivation. During the years 1991-2015 air temperature increased daily average of 27,1-28oC or an average increase 0.7oC/year. In the same period increased the productivity o(paddy (welds 1.82-2.63 tons/hectares or on average increased 0.033 tons/hectare/year. Linear regression analysis results on the level of significance of 5% showed the existence o( the low correlation (r=0.3) between the average air temperature change and the productivity of the fields rice. Agricultural cu/tivotion technology required a better but still based on traditional culture .
