Abstract

Research aims to, know land area wich are owned rubber farmer and knowing revenue or feasibility rubber farmer in the village Long Hubung, researched is respondents wich has rubber plantion farming, this type research is usinga quantitative approach, analysis of the this research using financial analysis NPV (Net Present Value), B/C Ratio and IRR (Internal Of Return) based on dataobtained using a questionnaire. Based on the result of questionnaires in the can from farmers then processed using the formula NPV (Net Presen Value), B/C Ratio and IRR ( Internal Of Return)produce that is on interest rate five precent and ten precent behold that concession the rubber plantation feasible to try whit profits in the year of twelve one three million four hundred thousand be reviewied overall the utilization rubber garden worthy held, interest charged over fifteen point sixty nine precent because it will generate value NPV positif (more then one).
