Abstract

This paper aims to provide basic knowledge to all individuals who basically has the potential to become leaders or simply as a follower. There are 3 (three) main points are presented: first, the difference instilah leader, leadership, management and leadership, secondly, the source of leadership ability is genetic, social and ecological; third, the typology of leadership that is the type of attitude Leader Based On The Power or organization, type Based Leader Power, Leader type Based on Orientation Leader, Leader Based on How to Motivate type, the type facet Leader Based flatform to Be Used To Affect Follower, Leader Based on personality types.
